1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of vautocars.co.uk, operated by Visual Automotive Limited. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
vAutoCars is a marketplace that surfaces used-car stock held by participating UK dealerships. We do not sell vehicles. Any transaction happens directly between you and the dealer selling the vehicle. The service is in beta — availability, features and listings may change without notice.
3. Vehicle data
Vehicle details (make, model, year, mileage, colour, specification, photographs and so on) are supplied by participating dealers through their stock management systems and surfaced on this site as-is. Prices, specifications, mileage and availability must be confirmed with the dealer before any purchase or commitment.
4. Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry on a vehicle page, your name, email address, phone number and message are forwarded to the dealer selling that vehicle. The dealer may contact you directly to answer your question. See the privacy policy for full details of how we handle your data.
5. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download or systematically harvest data from the site.
- Submit false, misleading or abusive enquiries.
- Interfere with the site's operation, security or availability.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Liability
We are not a party to any sale. We do not warrant the condition, specification or roadworthiness of any vehicle, nor the conduct of any dealer. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; subject to that, our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The live version on this page is always the current one. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
